One Day Trip to Holy Land and Dead Sea from Larnaca & Paphos, Cyprus

From May to October each year we offer daily one day trips to the Holy Land in Israel from Cyprus out of Larnaca and Paphos.  Tour departures of the Jerusalem Express trip from June 10th to October 30th are on Fridays from Larnaca airport and on Tuesdays from Paphos airport.  Russian and English guiding is available on all one day tours to Jerusalem from Cyprus.  Polish, German and English guiding can be arranged upon request.

The analytic program of this tour to Israel from Cyprus is:

DAY TOUR TO ISRAEL

02:10 – 06:45: Transfer from the hotel to Larnaca or Paphos airport.

07:00: Departure from Larnaca or Paphos, Cyprus.

08:00: Arrival at the Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv

08:30: Meeting with the guides and start the tour.

09:15: Start of Jerusalem tour with visit to viewing point on the Mt. of Olives and Gethsemane garden.  Visiting Gethsemane church with the rock of agony.

12:00: Visit to Bethlehem with the first stop being the Church of the Nativity, the place traditionally thought to be the birthplace of Jesus Christ.  Sightseeing around Manger square.  Stop for lunch.

13:30 Walking tour of the old City of Jerusalem, the cradle of three religions: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Start tour from the Christian Quarter – the last five stations of the Via Dolorosa including the Holy Sepulcher Church, the place where Christ was crucified, entombed, and where he finally rose from the dead.  Continue trip along the exotic Muslim & Jewish Quarters.

16:30  Visit the Western Wall — the holiest place in Judaism, and then depart Jerusalem.

15:30: Drive to Dead Sea a tour which takes 30 minutes. Stop on the coast of the Dead Sea for bathing.

17:30: Visit to Qumran, the place where in its caves  the Dead Sea Scrolls were hidden.  Stop on the coast for bathing in the buoyant waters of the Dead Sea.  Dinner at local restaurant.

19:00: Transfer to airport.

22:30: Departure from Ben Gurion airport, Israel.

23:30: Arrival at Larnaca or Paphos airport and transfer to hotels.

Important notes:

- Times specified above are indicative and can be changed according to the development of the tour.

- Be aware of the security control both at Larnaca, Paphos and Ben Gurion airports.

- No checked in luggage will be taken on board the flights.  Hand luggage with personal things, swimwear and towels are recommended.

- European Union, United States, Russian and Ukrainian citizens do not require visa entry to Israel. All other nationals, please consult with our office.

- All passengers with nationalities that require entry visa to Cyprus should have a re-entry visa on their passports (either Multiple or unused Double).

- All clients always should have their passports with them.

Kindly note that the program is subject to change.  Transfers hotel-airport-hotel (Nicosia hotels excepted), travel insurance, entrance fees with excursion, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the following prices.  Paphos – Larnaca return transfer supplement is Euro 35.00 per person.
